China: Flood Situation After Heavy Rains
Rainfall caused severe devastation in China’s southwestern areas, the Chinese province of Guyezo has once again been affected by the flood.
According to foreign media, the southwestern areas are under floods after heavy rains in China.
Rongjiang County, located at the junction of three rivers, where there are more than 3 million houses, killed 6 people this week due to record rains and there was still water standing and more than 80,000 people were forced to leave their homes.
According to scientists, the rains are now getting more and more as a result of climate change.
Chinese authorities have said that incidents of dam breaks are also coming out. The Chinese Ministry of Water Resources has said that in the last two days, flood warning has been issued in 13 major rivers in southern China
