More than 22 thousand illegal immigrants were arrested in Saudi Arabia during a week.
According to the Saudi Ministry of Interior, 13 thousand 835 people were arrested for violating the residency law.
According to foreign media, 4 thousand 772 people were arrested for trying to cross the border illegally and 3 thousand 540 immigrants were arrested for violating labor laws.
In Saudi Arabia, 425 government employees were investigated in corruption cases during July 2025.
According to reports, 142 people were detained on corruption charges while some have been released on bail.
