Russian Reaction After Trump's Statement: 728 Drones Launched The Largest Airstrike On Ukraine
Trump promised to end the Ukrainian war before he took over again
Kiev / Moscow / Washington: Russia launched the largest drone attack so far during the war against Ukraine, which used record 728 drones in one night.
According to a foreign news agency AFP, the attack was carried out by US President Donald Trump’s promise of providing more defense weapons to Kiev and direct criticism of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Ukrainian Air Force claims that they destroyed almost all drones, including the use of electronic jamming systems. The attack is a continuation of the growing Russian air strikes in recent weeks.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelannsky has said that sources of Russian war funding, especially Russian oil -buying countries, need to be imposed immediately.
Zelannski has also directed the United States to speed up contacts for the immediate supply of air defense systems and weapons.
Earlier, Trump had indicated that he would support a law that would impose a 500 % tariff on Russian exports, including oil, gas, uranium.
President Trump said: “We want to keep some surplus” and called Putin “happy but meaningless”.
Meanwhile, the European Union is also considering imposing new sanctions on Moscow.
Remember that Trump had promised to end the Ukraine war soon before taking over, but so far Russia has not accepted Trump’s unconditional ceasefire proposal, while Ukraine has recognized it.
