President Trump's Strong Criticism Of Putin Points To Further Sanctions On Russia

Washington:
US President Donald Trump has strongly criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin, approved a new batch of US defense weapons for Ukraine.
Trump has indicated that he is also considering more stringent economic sanctions against Moscow.
Speaking during a cabinet meeting in the White House, President Trump expressed deep concern over the loss of human lives in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
He said that I am not happy with Putin because Russian and Ukrainian soldiers are being killed in thousands, and the Russian president shows a very happy moral, but it is just a pretext.
President Trump, pointing to support for a tough sanctions bill under consideration in the Senate against Russia, said, “I am seriously considering the bill.”
The bill has been introduced by Republican Senator Linzie Graham (South Carolina) and Democratic Senator Richard Bloonethel (Connecticut), under which 500 % of additional taxes (tax) will be levied on countries buying oil, gas, uranium and other products from Russia.
It should be remembered that President Trump had promised during the presidential campaign that he would end the Russia-Ukrainian war in a day when he came to power, but his efforts have not yet been successful.
