Prayers For Peace In Churches Of Gaza And Jerusalem

Emotional prayer ceremony was held on Sunday morning at the Holy Family, the only active Catholic synagogue in Gaza, and prayers were made for peace in the region.
In addition, special prayers were made for Gaza in churches in Jerusalem, Bethlehem and other areas.
According to Christian religious leaders, the prayer celebrations read the Lord’s Prayer for peace, patience and protection.

The events took place at a time when the Israeli bombing of the Gaza church was targeted a few days ago, killing 2 people.
On Saturday, Christian leader Pastor Pierre Peshatta Bala visited the affected church in Gaza and met the Christian population at the Holly Family Church.
On this occasion, he spoke to the affected families, encouraged them and conveyed a message of solidarity.
