1. Public Announcement of Intention – Acquisition of S.G Power Limited Shares


Intermarket Securities Limited, acting as Manager to the Offer on behalf of Crescent Star Insurance Limited (“Acquirers”), has submitted a Public Announcement of Intention to acquire approximately 6,785,236 ordinary shares of S.G Power Limited. This represents 38.05% of the total issued and paid-up capital of the company. The announcement will be published on August 15, 2025 in Business Recorder (English) and Roznama Dunya (Urdu), in line with the Securities Act, 2015 and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.
2. Ansari Sugar Mills Limited (ANSM) – Shift to Normal Counter & Trading Restoration


Following compliance with all overdue Annual General Meetings and submission of audited financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2024, Ansari Sugar Mills Limited has met the regulatory requirements under clause 5.13 of the PSX Regulations. As a result, ANSM will be shifted from the Non-Compliant Segment to the Normal Counter and trading in its shares will be restored effective August 15, 2025.
3. Nirala MSR Foods Limited – Continued Trading Suspension
Trading in the shares of Nirala MSR Foods Limited will remain suspended for a further period of 60 days effective August 17, 2025. The company has failed to remove causes of suspension, including non-holding of Annual General Meetings, non-submission of audited accounts, non-payment of exchange dues, and a winding-up petition filed by SECP. Suspension will continue until compliance is achieved.

4. Primary Market Auction – GoP Ijarah Sukuk (GIS)

The 25th Auction of Government of Pakistan Ijarah Sukuk (including Green Sukuk) will be held on August 20, 2025 through the PSX Auction System. Eligible participants include Broker Clearing Members (BCMs), Non-Broker Clearing Members (NBCMs), and Professional Clearing Members (PCMs) of NCCPL.

Existing participant admin credentials from the July 23, 2025 auction will remain valid.
BCM participants must provide 10% advance committed amount instrument-wise.
