Is The First Lady A Man? French President Sues American Host for Defamation
French President Macron has filed a defamation case against US host Candis Owns over propaganda for being a wife of his wife.
French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brejit Macron have filed a 22 -point defamation case against US host Candis Owans in the US state of Delaware’s Supervisory Court.
The case alleged that the Ovins had irreparable damage to the couple’s reputation through false and derogatory claims.
According to the President of the House, Tom Claire, the Ovins not only spread the false conspiracy theory of Brijit Macron being a man under a systematic campaign, but also misled the public through numerous videos on YouTube and social media.
The case states that Candis Owns released a video in March 2024, titled whether France’s first male is.
In this video, he made baseless allegations about the gender of Brajit Macron and later released a video series becoming Brigitte on the same topic, which was seen by millions of viewers.
In addition to the videos, the Wunes also sold claims for commercial purposes, and also sold controversial print -based costumes and products.
Lawyer Clear told the media that the Macron couple requested the Owns to stop the claims for a year and also provided concrete evidence to make them a liar, making it clear that Brejit Macron was born as a female Brejit Taronio, and no president was controlled by any of his words.
The case took the stand that the Macron family has suffered psychological, social and financial losses due to these false statements of the Ovins and their private life has been badly affected.
After the trial, Candis Owns shared a sarcastic couple on Instagram and gave caption that the wig is going to be arranged today. Ready, later in a video statement on YouTube, he described the case as a childish and disappointing public relations tactic.
The Macron couple has taken action against the Ovins and their businesses under defamation, false advertising and notoriety spread and demanded a fine.
According to a lawyer Claire, if the Owns sticks to this claim, the amount of damages can be quite heavy.
This is not the first time that Brijit Macron may have faced such claims, in 2022, he also filed a lawsuit against two women in France who were spreading the same rumors on social media. In the preliminary decision, Brijit was successful, but after appeal, the matter is now under trial in France.
