According to Arab media, the occupied Jerusalem was closed at the beginning of the Iran -Israel war and no one was allowed to enter the religious leader and the administration.
A small number of Palestinians were allowed to worship and then closed again for Friday prayers.
In addition, the sacred church of Christians in the occupied Jerusalem, “Kanasa al -Qayyama” and the Jewish “wall greek” were also opened to the public after a 12 -day closure.
It is to be noted that this was the first time after the Corona epidemic when respected places of all three religions of Jerusalem were closed to the public.
The Jerusalem administration was of the view that the closure was imposed due to security concerns, aimed at keeping the lives of citizens and respect for sacred places.
