Hamas: We Will Not Lay Down Our Arms Until an Independent Palestinian State Is Established
The Palestinian Resistance Organization Hamas has reacted to US Representative Steve Watkov’s Global Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) aid center, calling it a drama.
On the statement of US representative Steve Watkov on a visit to Israel, Hamas said that the independent Palestinian state would not surrender until the establishment of the state, and resistance would continue until the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with the capital Jerusalem.
According to Arab media, Steve Watkov had said that Hamas had agreed to become unarmed in exchange for a ceasefire.
Hamas has made it clear that it will not surrender to the Palestinian state. The group says that without giving Palestinians their basic human and national rights, resistance to Israeli atrocities and siege will continue.
