France: Elvin Musk's Difficulties Increase, Start Investigating Against X
Investigations on the data and fraud charges have been launched against the platform
The difficulties of Elon Musk, owner of social media platform X, increased. French prosecutors have launched a police investigation into the data and fraud allegations against the platform.
The announcement by the Prosecutor’s Office on Friday said that a branch of French Gender Murree was investigating the case. The investigation is being conducted on two specific charges, including the use of the automated data processing system systematically changing data and the other is systematically extracting data from the automated Deta processing system.
The research is based on information provided by two persons to the Prosecutor’s Cyber Crimes Unit in January. One of the two men is a Member of Parliament and the other is a key official in the French government agency whose identity has not been disclosed.
These men accused the use of X -suspected algorithm for external interference purposes.
