In the Paktika province of Afghanistan, the death sentence has been sentenced to death for the sake of Sharia and the Prophet Islam.

The Statement Of The Ministry Of Amar -Ul -Ma’am And Nahi -Ul -Munkar Further Said That The Accused Abdul Aleem Also Confessed To His Serious Crime In The Court.
However, Saif Khyber, a spokesman for the ministry of Amar -ul -Ma’am and Nahi -ul -Munkar, did not say when the accused was arrested and where he was prosecuted.
On social media, some consumers claimed that Abdul Aim was silently a school teacher and was arrested when he was telling students that religious education is important but modern education is more important.
One user also claimed that initially the Taliban court sentenced the government to two years in prison, but the allegations were later converted into blasphemy and sentenced to death.
The families of the accused have not appeared and no statement has been issued by their lawyer.
Human rights organizations have called for a teacher to take notice of the death sentence without any legal freedom and access to transparent justice.
It is to be noted that this is the first time that someone has been sentenced to death for alleged blasphemy during the Taliban’s 4 -year rule, though several people have been detained on charges of “atheism ideology” or “preaching Christianity”.
