The world’s richest man Elon Musk has quietly put brakes on his plans to form a new political party.
The Wall Street Journal, citing sources close to Elon Musk, said that Elon Musk has put brakes on plans to form a new political party. He has told his allies in this regard that he wants to focus on maintaining his relationship with his companies and Vice President JD Vance for now.
The report says that Elon Musk has acknowledged that forming a new political party will damage his relationship with JD Vance.
According to the report, Elon Musk is considering supporting JD Vance if he decides to run for president in 2028.
Currently, there is no response from Tesla and the White House on this report.
It should be recalled that Elon Musk announced the formation of his new political party, the ‘America Party’, in July after a dispute with President Donald Trump over tax cuts and spending bills.
