Cognition: The First Step Toward Healing, Growth, and Emotional Strength
Cognition, actually the first step towards improvement. When a person gains consciousness of his mental and emotional state
Life never lives. This bridge changes color and brings hardships, failures or trauma to a human being. These moments shake the mind of the human being, but there are some people who not only go through these trials but also emerge stronger than ever. This internal force is called psychological resilience in the language of psychology. It is a mental and emotional ability, which helps a human being to deal with the hardships, mental stress and trauma of life.

The scope of psychological problems is very wide. These include depression, enzymes, post -traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental confusion. Sometimes these issues arise after a major trauma, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, financial loss or any kind of abuse in childhood. But many times these internal conflicts are also created by an atmosphere of constant mental stress or insecurity. The
Cognition, actually the first step towards improvement. When a person gains consciousness of his mental and emotional state, he begins to handle himself better. Unfortunately in our society, psychological problems are often interpreted as embarrassment or weakness, which causes people to escape instead of facing them, but the real power is to recognize, accept and learn their pain.

Psychological flexibility is not just a natural ability, but it can be learned and strengthened. There are several aspects. An important factor in which is a positive thinking. Mentally strong people hold hope despite the difficulties. Instead of dominating the situation, they seek the opportunity.
They have a kind of mental flexibility that does not allow them to break even in difficult situations. The other side is strong social links that cause mental stability. People who are capable of sharing their emotions with others can easily get out of emotional pressure. The role of a friend, family or therapist becomes very important in this.
It has also been observed that such people have a clear goal. They have a clear idea about life, which leads them. They are encouraged by small achievements and learn from failures.
The well -known psychologist Carl Rogers said, “Man becomes what he thinks about himself.” This phrase is key to understanding the spirit of psychological resilience. When a person considers himself weak, unsuccessful, or incredible, his mental state begins to deteriorate, but as soon as he begins to accept himself, he sees his feelings from truth, his essence begins to change.

Similarly, Victor Frankl, who passes through a horrible experience like the Holocaust, writes in his book “Man’s Search for Meaning” that “Finding the meaning of every moment of life leads man to survival and development.”
To promote psychological understanding, the environment needs to be changed first. Children’s upbringing should be in such a way that they do not feel reluctant to express their emotions. Educational institutions, where children’s mental structure is developed, should train emotional health and self -awareness rather than mere academic achievements. There is a need for a curriculum that teaches students ways to peek within themselves, understand others and deal with the ups and downs of life.
Mindfulness in promoting resilience is very helpful in living. It trains a person to observe his thoughts, emotions and physical conditions, without any decision or resistance. Such exercises calm the mind, strengthen self -pity, and introduce humans to their internal power.
As a treatment, therapy is also an effective means of promoting this positive behavior. CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy teaches the individual how to identify negative thoughts and change them in a positive or realistic way. This changes the angle of thinking and gradually creates self -esteem and self -esteem.
It is also fortunate to meet people in life who can feel your grief. Spending time with them, talking and maintaining a relationship of trust, helps to foster resilience, but when no one is present, activities such as handling, writing, worshiping or having a relationship with nature can prevent humans from breaking down.
Psychological resilience, as if a continuous journey. It does not receive a day or a week. Every experience, every pain, every challenge, provides the opportunity to look at the inside and deepen his personality. The real success is not just to avoid difficulties, but also to face and learn from them.
The societies that care about the mental and emotional good of their individuals, not only create peace at the individual level, but also collectively such societies are more awake, peaceful and harmonious. Psychological resilience is not just a psychological concept but a source of survival of humanity.
If a person learns how he changes his wounds in power, how to change his suffering in insight and how to love his fears, he not only lives, but in the true sense.
