Causes Of Air India Plane Crash Have Surfaced, Preliminary Reports
Pilots talk in cockpit recording revealed amazing revelation
The reasons for the crash of Air India passenger plane have surfaced in Ahmedabad, India.
A preliminary investigation report of the accident revealed that the tragic accident occurred due to the shutdown of fuel supply to both engines.
According to a report released by the Indian Air Craft Accident Investigation Bureau, the two fuel -controlled switches went into a “cutoff” position for a second.
In the cockpit recording contained in the report, a pilot was asked to ask another, “Why did he cut?”, To which another pilot replied that he did not do so.
However, the report did not specify how the switches automatically went into the “cutoff” position. The fuel supply was disconnected and the engine closed and the plane started to fall down.
Remember that the accident took place in June this year, killing 260 people. Former Gujarat Chief Minister Rupani was among the victims of the accident. The report did not immediately propose any immediate action against the Boeing Company or the engine maker, but it was reported that a thorough investigation could take more than a year.
Experts say it is an unusual event that the fuel control switches of both engines should stop working together. A team of international experts can now be invited to investigate the accident. In the meantime, all the records related to the accident and the remains of the aircraft will be further detailed.
