According to the report, a person named Ismail Fiqri was sentenced to death for the crime of transmitting secret and sensitive information to enemies, which was also confirmed by Iran’s Supreme Court.

Mizan Online states that Ismail Fiqri was arrested in December 2023, and during the interrogation, it was revealed that he was in direct contact with two Mossad officers.

According to the judiciary, this is a “major intelligence blow to Israel’s covert network.”

Officials have described this execution as an important step for the protection of Iranian national security, claiming that the covert activities of enemy countries are being effectively thwarted.
