A 5.7-Magnitude Earthquake Shook Several Cities In Iran
People came out of their homes in fear and mobile networks were also affected in some areas
A 5.7-magnitude earthquake struck Iran’s southern province of Kerman on Tuesday, causing tremors in several cities.
According to the German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ), the earthquake’s magnitude was recorded at 5.73, while its epicenter was 10 kilometers below the ground.
The earthquake was felt in various areas of southern and southeastern Iran.
No reports of casualties or property damage have been received yet, but local authorities are assessing the situation.

Aftershocks have also been feared after the earthquake.
