935 Iranian Civilians Were Martyred In Israeli Attacks, Revealed In A New Forensic Report
The Israeli attack on Tehran’s Evin prison has also increased the number of casualties to 79, which was reported first 71.
Iran’s judicial spokesman has revealed that recent Israeli airstrikes killed 935 Iranian nationals, including 38 children and 132 women.
These figures were released on the basis of the latest forensic data, which is much higher than the 610 casualties mentioned earlier by the Ministry of Health.
According to spokesman Asghar Jahangir, the number of casualties in the Israeli attack on Tehran’s Evene jail has also been increased to 79, which was previously reported 71.
Israel launched airstrikes on Iran June 13, aimed at nuclear installations, top military commanders and urban areas. It is being regarded as the largest attack on the Islamic Republic after the 1980s.
In retaliation, Iran also fired missiles at Israeli military bases, infrastructure and cities. Later, on June 22, the United States also attacked Iran’s nuclear installations.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baqai said Israeli attacks have “sparked numerous war crimes”, and Iran will provide their evidence to international institutions to make Israel globally accountable.
“Any martyr, or destroyed building, is a clear example of war crime,” he said.
