Now the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries can pay Umrah at any time of the year.
According to media reports, citizens of GCC countries can enter Saudi Arabia at any time of the year, land or marine, no route without visas or immediate permission.
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that citizens of GCC countries can do Umrah by selecting any time in 365 days, 24 hours.
The Gulf Cooperation Council, which includes Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, will use only their national identity card or passport when entering a visa in Saudi Arabia.

The specific permission for Umrah is issued immediately through the “nasse” mobile app. If GCC is a citizen passenger, they may also enter Saudi Arabia through a “transit visa” or “tourist visa”, the visa is automatically provided when booking through some airlines.
There is also a “tourist-Umrah” visa available that can be obtained from the online ksavisa.sa portal. It should be noted that this facility is available for almost 6 months. Although Umrah visas are usually limited during the Hajj (in the early days of Zu al -Hijjah), the Hajj has been re -issued after the Hajj expires in mid -June 2025
