British research has discovered a new blood cancer treatment without chemotherapy.
Experts say that the treatment of 2 special medicines in the Flair trial research is more effective than not only chemotherapy but also easier and less painful for patients.
The study, organized by Leeds Teaching Hospital, participated in the National Health Department (NHS) patients with CL (Normal Cancer), which had 786.
Experts say the traditional methods of blood cancer treatment chemotherapy, which used a combination of two medications instead of a ibrutinib, used venetoclax (venetoclax).
According to medical experts, the results of this research spanning 5 years have revealed that 94 % of the patients who were given both medicines were successful, while only 74 % of the patients in the abdominal patients and chemotherapy patients were 58 %.
According to medical experts, 66 % of patients using joint drugs after two years have not found cancer at all.
Medical expert Dr. Talha Munir says the research is a milestone, which proves that treatment is possible and better without chemotherapy.
This research can pave the way for future blood cancer treatment without chemotherapy.
