Bloody Incident In Mexico, 10 People, Including Children

Armed men opened fire during a religious festival in Irapoato, Mexico’s central state of Guana Khwatu, killing 10 people, including children. According to local authorities, several people were also injured in the bloody attack.
A statement from a local municipality said the incident took place at a residential house, where people were celebrating religious. After the attack, security forces have begun searching for the attackers, while the affected families are being provided psychological support.
President Claudia Shenbaum termed the incident “tragic” and confirmed that the dead included children. He added that the investigation of the incident has been launched, but the nature of the attack or the full details of the victims has not been given.

State Governor Libya Dennesse strongly condemned the incident and expressed sympathy with the affected families.
Guana Khwatu, where the incident happened, despite being the center of industrial development and tourism, the most violent state in Mexico is also considered. There is a bloody clash between Santa Rosa Di Lima Gang and Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
According to government data, more than 3,000 killings were killed in the state of Guanhakhatu last year, the highest in the country.
