France, Germany, Britain, Italy, Poland, Finland and the President of the European Commission said in a joint statement that no peace solution in Ukraine is possible without Ukraine’s participation.
According to them, diplomacy, military and financial support for Ukraine, and pressure on Russia are the only ways to end the war.
The statement also said that international borders should not be changed by force and that Ukraine has the right to decide its own destiny.
According to Russian media, this condition will be met only if both Ukraine and Russia agree to leave the territories.
