Israeli Army Chief Warns Hamas of 'Unstoppable' Attacks If Hostages Not Released
Accusations of famine in Gaza are baseless and false, says army chief
The Israeli Army Chief has once again threatened that military operations in Gaza will continue without any break.
He gave the threat while addressing officers at a command center inside Gaza, whose footage was released by the Israeli army.
Israeli Army Chief General Zamir said, “I am guessing that in the coming days we will know if we can reach an agreement to release the hostages.” If not, then the fight will continue without stopping.
General Zamir termed the allegations of serious human rights violations and famine in Gaza as lies, conspiracy and malicious.
He said that Hamas had the real responsibility of the plight of the citizens of Gaza.
It is understood that 251 people were kidnapped from Israel in the October 2023 attack, of which 49 are still imprisoned in Gaza.
The Israeli military has claimed that 27 of the remaining 49 hostages have been killed. Their bodies should be handed over to us.
It may be recalled that recently Palestinian resistance groups released videos of two hostages in which they appeared in a very weak and careless state.
The ongoing talks in the US, Egypt and Qatar mediation have failed last month, after which demand for more stringent military action in Israel is pushing.
On the other hand, the Israeli government is also under serious pressure from internationally and hostage families to restore talks for the ceasefire.
UN -supervised aid agencies have warned that Israeli siege and aid sanctions have created conditions like famine in Gaza, which is being described as human destruction.
