US President Donald Trump has called on Federal Reserve chief Jerome Paul to reduce interest rates.
In an extraordinary presidential visit to the US Central Bank, President Trump criticized the spending of $ 3 billion on the renovation of two Central Bank’s historic buildings.
Talking to the media, President Trump said that Paul was not intended to be fired, meeting with him and the interest rate was good.
Paul may be ready to reduce interest rates, he said.
