Israeli Forces Raid Humanitarian Mission, Seize Aid Ship Hanzala
International flotilla to Gaza stopped, contact with crew lost
Gaza: The Israeli army seized a rescue boat from Italy to the Gaza Strip, Hanzala.
The ship was carrying food, medicines and children’s milk for Palestinians detained in Gaza under the International Humanitarian Mission Mission.

According to the International Committee to Break the Seage of Gaza, when Israeli troops arrived near the boat on Saturday, an emergency assistance signal was issued by Hanzala.
The committee reported on the social media platform X that the occupying forces were moving towards the boat, Hanzala also gave a distress call.

According to the Freedom Flotilla Coalition, organizing the mission, the rescue ship was currently about 70 nautical miles off the coast of Gaza.
Israeli authorities had already warned that action would be taken if the boat did not change the way.
According to witnesses, Israeli personnel forcibly mounted the boat, shortly after the live video broadcasts of the boat were stopped.

Emma Quareo, a French volunteer on the boat, wrote in her post last minute that the Israeli army has arrived, we are throwing our phone into the sea and stop the massacre in Gaza.
There were 21 unarmed men aboard the boat, including parliamentarians, doctors and rescue workers. All the people left on a humanitarian mission according to international law.
It should be noted that last month, a rescue boat named Madelin was turned back by the Israeli Navy, which was carrying relief supplies to Gaza.
