125 British MPs wrote a letter to Prime Minister Sir Carestarmer demanding that Palestine be recognized as a state.
The letter writers are led by the Labor Party MP Sara Champion, who is also the Chairperson of the International Development Committee.
Sir Career Starmer is under increasing pressure to recognize Palestine as a state, calling for the British government to immediately recognize Palestine as a state.
The letter states that it would be especially effective to be recognized by Palestine by Britain because Britain has been the creator of Balfour and has been a former mandatory power in Palestine.
The letter states that we have been supporting two state solutions since 1980, such identity will provide a solid foundation for our position and at the same time will fulfill our historical responsibility for the people under this mandate.
The demand from the British Parliament has been pushed to the British Parliament after the announcement of France’s recognition of Palestine.
It should be noted that French President Emmanuel Macron has announced that France will recognize Palestine in September.
In his statement, he said that he would formally declare the Palestinian state in the General Assembly, making this decision for fair and lasting peace in the Middle East.
On the other hand, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio rejected the French president’s statement in favor of the Palestinian state, calling it a hurry decision.
Marco Rubio has said the decision is the victory of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas statement and the October 7 victims are slapped and anti -peace.
Remember that 142 of the 193 members of the United Nations are currently recognizing or recognizing the Palestinian state.
