The United States Returned The Historic Sculpture To Turkey After 65 Years
The United States returned the historic sculpture to Turkey after 65 years, the historic statue returned to Turkey is from Roman King Marcus and Lis, which was illegally transferred to the United States.
According to foreign media, the historic statue that smuggled the United States has been returned to the Turkish government.
The Turkish government has said that the Roman Emperor Marx and Lis have been brought back to Turkey illegally transferred to the United States.
Turkish authorities said the sculpture was made of bronze and was smuggled into the historic city of Bobin in 1960, 65 years ago.
Referring to the legal battle in the United States to achieve the statue, the Turkish culture and tourism minister, Mahmat Arsoy, said, “We were right, we were patient, we were encouraged and we won.”
He added that we returned to his country from the philosopher King Marcus and Lis’s statue from which he belonged.
They also say that we will soon launch this statue in Ankara, the capital of the statue.
