Trump Officials in Secret Talks with Azerbaijan, Central Asian States on Israel Ties
US President Donald Trump has announced the latest weapons to Ukraine through NATO countries.
NATO chief Mark Rotte has confirmed Donald Trump’s decision, saying that European countries will bear the cost of these weapons.
On the other hand, President Trump has also said that if Russia and Ukraine do not have a peace deal within 50 days, the United States will impose 100 % secondary taxes on Russia’s remaining trade partners.
This would mean that anyone who trades with Russia, if it wants to sell its products to the United States, will have to pay 100 % import tax.
For example, if India continues to buy oil from Russia, then when US companies buy Indian products and ask for a 100 % import tax.
As a result, Indian products will become so expensive that US companies will prefer to buy cheap goods from another country.
Following the announcement, the Russian capital Moscow has received a surprising response, with the Russian stock market increasing 2.7 percent as Russia feared even more tough sanctions.
