France Announces to Increase Defense Spending
French President Macron announces a plan to increase France’s defense spending.
President Macron vowed to double the defense spending by 2027 three years before the scheduled 2030 project.
He said that in 2017, the military budget was 32 billion euros, which would be increased by 2027 to 64 billion euros.
President Macron described the global scenario and emphasized the need to increase defense spending, President Macron also mentioned the Pakistan -India war in the global scenario. The Pak -India war has been included in the most severe aerial wars in recent decades.
