Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has given a clear message to the United States that if needed, US military bases in the Middle East can be re -targeted.
Khamenei said that the attack on Al -Adid Air Base in Qatar last month was not a minor incident but a major success, and this could happen again.
According to foreign media reports, Ayatollah Khamenei said that Iran is capable of reaching US bases in the region easily, and further actions can be taken if Washington does not review its policies.
It should be noted that yesterday, the US Department of Defense Pentagon confirmed that a ballistic missile fired by Iran on June 23 fell on a significant part of the communications system at the US al -Adid Air Base in Qatar, with satellite images. It can be clearly seen in these images that the attack caused severe damage to the base communications Dome.
Immediately after the Iranian attack, US Chairman of Joint Chiefs General Dan Kane said that the United States was aware of the attack in advance, making it possible for a partial transfer of personnel at the base.
