Franchiska Albaniz called Israeli operations in Palestine a “genocide”
WASHINGTON/Geneva: The United States has banned the United Nations on criticism against Israel and US officials over human rights representatives in Palestinian territories -occupied Palestinian territories.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Franchiska Albaniz has been banned from “US and Israeli officials, companies and executives to make a shameful attempt to proceed in the international court”.
Franchiska Albaniz, an Italian lawyer and an expert law, described Israeli operations in Palestine as a “genocide” and called for the restriction of weapons in the United Nations and ending trade and financial relations with Israel.
Reacting to ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), Franchiska Albanz said: “I am always standing firmly with justice.” In a message to Al Jazeera, he called the US move a “mafia -style bully”.

His report, published earlier this month, described more than 60 companies as partners in Israeli operations, including weapons, technology and financial institutions.
Amnesty International and several global human rights organizations condemned the move, saying that UN special representatives should not be punished but protected.
Amnesty’s Secretary -General Eagnesis Kalamard said: “All governments that believe in the supremacy of the law and international justice should stop the impact of these sanctions and defend the freedom of representatives like Franchiska Albaniz.
