2028 LA Olympics: Trump Bans Trans Athletes in Women’s Sports, Forms New Task Force
Men will not be allowed to steal women’s trophies at the Olympics, US President
Washington: US President Donald Trump has announced the establishment of a high-level task force for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
Signing the executive order for the task force at a special ceremony held at the White House, Trump said that this force will work to make the Olympics safe, unprecedented and a historic success.
The task force has been entrusted with important issues such as security, logistics, visa processing and credentialing of international guests for the games.
President Trump himself will be the chairman of this force, while Vice President JD Vance will serve as its deputy chairman.
Addressing the ceremony, President Trump said that the 2028 Olympics will be a proud moment for the United States, I am eagerly waiting for the Los Angeles Games.
He praised US Olympic and Paralympic Committee Chairman Jane Sykes for blocking transgender women from participating in women’s sports, and said that men will not be allowed to steal women’s trophies at the Olympics.
However, Trump also expressed surprise when the participants in the room did not immediately applaud, after which some people applauded.
Trump also listed the 2026 FIFA World Cup, hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, as one of his priorities, saying that it would be his second major global event that he was eagerly awaiting.
In this regard, the governments of the three countries held the first meeting of a trilateral security council, in which government representatives, security experts and industry leaders consulted on security concerns and other preparations.
President Trump also took an aggressive stance on global affairs at the event, saying that an increase in tariffs on oil importers from Russia would be announced soon.
Trump once again mentioned stopping the India-Pakistan war and said that he has saved the world by stopping five wars, including the war between India and Pakistan.
