State Department Staff Starts the Process of Deductions Soon, US Media
The US Department of State staff is going to start the process of cuts soon.
According to US media, the Department of State intends 15 % of the deductions in the staff, the company is closing or integrating several dozen offices, will soon reset the organizational structure.
The senior US Department of State says the total number of expected dismissals may be 1800, at which time there is no plan to cut staff from overseas.
According to the US official, the Foreign Ministry informed the staff of the Reduction in Force project yesterday, the Foreign Office has officially informed the Congress in May.
